  2. Just received my new Scoop foot! Can I say how cool it is that APQS engineers keep making our machines better and better? This new foot is the bomb; glides right over wavey quilt edges, stray threads, "creatively pieced" blocks with pleats , etc. Love, love, my new foot; got one for each machine, Millie and Lucey. Check out the new foot on the APQS online store. New shoes for my babies for the New Year!
  3. Ultimate II Longarm quilting Machine Great workhorse of a machine! Brand new motor, and newly cleaned and serviced. Works perfectly! Looking to upgrade, but I need to sell my machine first. It has been a wonderful machine, and a dream to quilt with. Table breaks down into two 5' sections. New Sheri Butler foot added to do ruler work. Great machine for just starting out! Purchaser is responsible for shipping/pickup. Thanks for looking! Located in California. Features: - 10' Lenni Stowaway table - 10 L bobbins - Hartley base extender - Straight ruler - Pantograph cover - Handles in front and back - Under handle light - 2 Pantographs - Sidewinder bobbin winder - Oiler - Instruction manual and DVD Asking $2500
  4. I bought this machine new in 2003, it comes with a 14 ft table, has stitch regulator, automatic advance, zipper leaders, Hartley attachments, and more. I am in Somerset, Wisconsin. Would like $10,500 for everything.
  5. I am moving to a smaller home so I must sell my APQS Discovery Quilting machine. It is a great working, smaller longarm (same body as UII 20" throat) not a midarm. It includes machine, wood and metal table, supplies, patterns, batting, thread, and Circle Lord system with templates aND full sized queen boards. I would like $3,900 or BO for everything. I ran a Quilting business for a short time so it has all kinds of supplies to start a business or just your own quilting. There are about $2,000 in Circle Lord supplies alone. The Discovery is similar to the Lenni or Liberty by APQS but no Stitch regulator. I have done very well with out one. It easily handles different types of threads and still have beautiful stitches. It has all the other gizmos like needle up down, one stitch, laser light, and it is very light weight (37 lbs?). Being so light, it makes free motion quilting a breeze. I will provide a couple of hours in lessons for free and help set up if bought within 60 miles. I can also provide additional lessons if needed at an additional cost. I live in South Portland Maine about 45 minutes north of Portsmouth NH. It needs to be picked up. Give me an email or text me 207.766.6800 I have it listed under craigslist maine also.
  6. APQS Millennium – 14’ table – many extras – $10,500. Very light personal use. Purchased new in 2002 and completed about 20 quilts. The machine was in storage from 2004 to 2015. Finished a backlog of 20 quilts in the last year. Just moved & now we are looking to move again. I don't know if we'll have room for the machine. This machine works perfectly. § Power Roller Advance § Multi positional handles § Height adjustable table § Horizontal and vertical directional locks § Stitch regulator – set the stitch length and it makes uniform stitches no matter how fast or how slow you go § Synchronous belt drive system § Self-lubricating bushings § LED lighting § Simple disc thread tensioner § Laser stylus for pantographs § 26” throat size § Bobbin winder EXTRAS – most never used § Hartley Fence § Hartley base expander § Hartley fence stencil kits § Hartley perfect circle maker § Multiple rules (unused) including paisley, straight edge, scallop & waves § Batting rack § Dozens of spools of Marilyn Badger art thread § Dozens of paper pantographs & some Mylar pantographs § Miscellaneous other notions to make this a complete and ready to use unit The value of this package is over $17,000 but it’s priced at $10,500. It is set up in southern Oregon so you can try it out. We can help disassemble and pack for you or your transporter. We have a decent guest room for overnight stay for buyer. Possible transportation to CA or northern OR. Happy to answer questions. Carol

  8. I am a new quilter who is looking for a gently used Mille or Freddie for non-commercial use. I would like something that I can upgrade at a later date. I am located around Tampa, FL but would be willing to take a field trip and drive to pick up if I can find the right machine at the right price! Thanks
  9. Life has led me to a new adventure that I am so excited about and feel so blessed, but now my very gently used 2014 Lucey needs a new home. She is an amazing lady on a 10 foot table. Table Length: 10 Stitch Regulator Automatic Needle Positioner Single Stitch Laser Light Wrights Deluxe Bobbin Winder Accessories Bliss Option (new table) Her price is $10000.00 I have all of her boxes for shipping. Including the long boxes for the rails. I am including all of the pantos (about 20+). I have only quilted 9 quilts on this machine and it is in perfect condition. I can also throw in some threads and any prewounds that I have. I have several templates also. Baptist fan, rulers, etc. I will throw in anything that fits in the boxes. LOL. 14. 2007 Millennium For Sale with lots of extras – $10,500 - near Dallas, Texas Will accept trades (guns, jewelry, collectibles) in addition to cash – just ask me! I am moving and closing up shop – must sell my longarm and all accessories/equipment is included. The “Millennium Falcon” (named due her place in what was the garage before I turned it into my sewing studio) was purchased new in 2007. She lives in a smoke free home and has only seen 10 to 20 quilts per year – small home based business. I bought it mainly for personal use and purchased all the bells and whistles available. I am the only one to sew on this machine and treated her with much love and care; the business was only to subsidize my obsession. The Millennium comes with the 14’ table with panto table and laser stylus with upper and lower mounts, and the hydraulic lift system to change the height at the touch of a button. It has the APQS Stich Regulator, horizontal/vertical locks, motorized fabric feeder, bobbin thread cutter, and bright LED lights with additional black light for specialty threads/chalk. Fully functional handles front and back – for free form/custom quilting (front) and pantograph or specialty quilting (back). Included with 2007 Millennium longarm machine: All rulers and guides All templates Elastic straps & clamps Hartley bases & rulers External bobbin winder (APQS) 100 bobbins (20+ loaded) Extra bobbin case Bobbin tension guide Needles in various sizes (new, in packages) Additional hydraulic lift motor (spare) Pantographs Threads Extra sets of zippers All manuals, books and instruction guides Those that came with the machine from APQS Those that were purchased separately I am located just northeast of Dallas, Texas area (I cannot deliver and shipping would be costly so the machine will need to be picked up). 21. Over the last year, these are the things I've learned ... I cannot sneeze and stipple at the same time. Backing loaded right side up does not look near as good on the back of a quilt as a backing loaded wrong side up. If you wear long sleeves, make sure your seam ripper or scissors are close to the head of the machine … just in case you sew your sleeve to the quilt while getting in those odd positions holding a ruler. A bug landing in spikey grey hair while FMQ can cause a 14” unwanted stitched line across a quilt that does not necessarily match the stitching pattern. Eyeballing a straight line does not mean the stitched line will be straight – use your channel locks. Changing a needle because you are having stitching and tension problems and putting the needle in backwards will not correct the stitching problems. Loading a quilt backing, batting and top on TOP of the leveler bar (instead of underneath it) will create stitching problems and tucks in your backing. QuiltPath does what you tell it to … not what you intend for it to do. When a customer says, “oh, just do what you want”, that’s not always what they mean. When a more experienced quilter tells you, “practice, practice, practice”… that IS what they mean! I have the best machine on the market today. APQS sales and service can’t be beat! This “family” on the forum is the greatest teacher I’ve found … no matter what question I have, someone is always ready with an answer. I learn so much reading your posts and seeing your pics. THANK YOU! I’m proud to be an APQS owner!

  23. I hate to sell my Millennium but I hope to buy a new one! AFTER I come up with the down payment I need for a new home. I absolutely love my Millennium. Mark at APQS tells me the value of my Millie is around $8,500-$9,000. I will part with her for $8,500. I am in western Nebraska. IF you are in the Denver, CO area or within 3 hours of Cheyenne, WY I would take her down, pack her, deliver her, help you set her up and give you a quick lesson for another $500 if interested. M My Millie includes: 14' foot metal motorized feed table Upgraded wheels Auto Stitch Regulator Bobbin Thread Cutter Dual Electric Channel Lock in both directions On board bobbin winder Laser pointer Variable needle speed regulator Low profile side clamps Extra bobbins, needles, bobbin case I also have the Hartley fence with circle maker and approx. 2 dozen acrylic pattern templates and the Hartley base extender for $300 if interested. These sell for over $700 if bought new. I had her fully serviced by APQS once. I then went to Iowa and took a training course in 2009 to service it myself and have done that since. I've probably quilted less then 10 quilts on it in the last 5 years as I have a job now 1 1/2 hours from home which is where my Millie is based. (( Like I said, I love her! But priorities dictate we must part ways for now. Write, text or call (308)250-5515 if you are interested!
