Hi, I am a first time blog user so if I'm not doing this right please give me some gentle guidance. I'm considering a longarm machine purchase and leaning toward an APQS Millie. I'm wondering how frequently other owners have encountered problems requiring maintenance of some sort and how difficult it is to do this. Thanks for any responses.

Hello, I'm very excited because I'm seriously thinking about getting the Intelliquilter for my Ultimate I. My background is I'm a very confident quilter, published author, pattern designer etc. I've been quilting for more than 20 years and I've quilted most of my quilts on my DSM. I know and love my DSM very well. I have a Viking and I almost never have any trouble. Might have to tweak the tension once in a while but other than that it's a work horse. I've had it 9 years and had it serviced only once. And I'm embarrassed to say I'm ter

We are leaving for FL on Saturday for the winter. "Maddie" aka Millie is going to be in my basement with a temp of about 50-55 degrees. My question is is there anything I should be sure to do to her before I leave? Will probably be here all alone until at least April 1. I want to make sure she's properly cared for until I return. Any advice is welcome!
