  1. I usually stitch in the ditch for stars to pop out. Can anyone help me find a way to quilt the stars and make them stars of the quilt? I meanI don't want to take anything away from the stars. Its for a quilt of valor. Thanks for your responses in advance!
  2. I have been working on this quilt this week. My daughter did the piecing and I the quilting. It will be awarded to a WWII veteran in the near future. It was such fun to quilt and is so very soft! I get to wrap the warrior with it. So excited to be a part of this Quilt of Valor organization! The binding, label, and presentation case need to be done now. So very rewarding to be able to do this.
  3. Here is what I have worked on this week. My daughter did the piecing, and I the quilting. This will be given to a WWII veteran in the near future through the Quilts of Valor Foundation. Such a fun quilt, and so very soft! Have the binding, presentation case, and label yet to do. Then I actually get to wrap the warrior with it. So exciting!
  4. This is a v ery poor pict. I didn't check it before I sent the quilt back. The pattern stitched in isn't shadowed, just one line of ribbon and Star. The Side Saddle quilting computer works Wonderfully! Rita Wish I could delete this.. need to try again
