A special Thanks to Connie for bringing this to our attention, to Betsy for generously offering to put it together and quilt and ship it to Rita, to all the members that jumped on this band wagon and made it happen in such a short time frame. This is a truly amazing group we have on this forum. 2. This is my version of the Angel Quilt. This was the first Whole cloth style quilt I have done. I used a 60" wide satin for the top and a flannel for the back a thin 80/20 batt with a poly on top of that. I marked my design with a blue wash-out marker then used the circle thingy to make the centres of the feathered squares, also used Linda's cross thatch rulers in the middle area. I love both of these tools. I am making this quilt for my oldest daughter she is expecting her first child in the fall. she loves to take photos so I am sure she will have fun with the quilt in the future. Thank-you
