  1. I thought I would try something new on this king size crumb quilt. I have been wanting minimal quilting on this one as to not detract from the fun fabrics and piecing. So...small wavy horizontal quilting it is. these waves are 1-1/4 to 1-1/2" apart. fun, fast and effective I think. I found it pretty easy to stay in 'straight' lines. I have to admit, I was a bit worried that I would be 'off' when i got to the bottom of this quilt, but all was good. Superior So Fine top thread and magna classics in the bobbin with Winline 80/20 cotton/poly batting.
  2. Finished this one last week. My friend Deanne Morrow pieced and designed this quilt. She will be making a pattern from it soon.... My Photo Stream-994 by RoseCity Quilter, on Flickr My Photo Stream-996 by RoseCity Quilter, on Flickr More on my blog http://rosecityquilter.wordpress.com/
