scureton
About a month ago, I called and reported my Lennie was racing. I got instructions to fix it, it worked for a while, now it's racing again, fixed it a second time, but two days later it's racing again. Anyone else had a problem with this? IBQLTN2
What is racing is it the white button keeps stitching when you press it. Mine did that and they had me adjust that little gold screw on the right side of the back of the machine. Is it that or something else. scureton
If you're stitching along with the SR on and you move too fast it starts racing. You can stop it by pressing the green button, but you have to do it fast and it frequently will cause the thread to break before you can stop it. IBQLTN2
Nope, mine hasn't done that. It must startle you when it takes off like that. what did they tell you to do?
scureton
They had me take off the motor cover losen a screw and adjust a wheel a little further from the motor. Seems to work for a while, a few weeks, then starts back again.
BethDurand
I'd contact your rep. and see if they can't help you. That's what we're here for.
Carma
My Lenni did that. APQS sent me a new component. It replaced it and I havn't had any trouble since. It only took a week or so to arrive all the way to Aussi. I was quite impressed. It took me a while to realise it was the machine and not something I was doing. scureton
Debbie, thanks, that's good to know. I did call them yesterday, but they haven't called back yet. Maybe they'll call Monday. You know at first you think gee - better be more careful, must be going to fast or something, Good to know it might just be a part. smorris
Hi Sandy, Its nothing you've done. Before you ring the factory on Monday, check to see if the same thing happens in manual mode as well. Sue in Australia
