hollyc
If you need an easy bar to make that gets rave reviews: Pecan Pie Bars 2 cups flour 1 cup softened butter 1 cup brown sugar Mix together like pie crust, it wil be crumbly, pat into bottom of 9X13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Mix together: 5 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown or white Karo syrup 1 or more cups chopped pecans 1 tsp vanilla Pour over the hot crust (after 10 min baking time) and bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour...sometimes it takes longer, just be sure the middle isn't jiggly) Enjoy!
