I have up down, thread cutter and both channel locks work. Just as I finally get to load a quilt for me and BAM!!!. Please help!!!. Is amy going to be in today?. Also Amy once told me that when the brushes need to be replaced that the machine won't run at all...but if your machine is less than 2 years old I don't think that the brushes could be bad already...You may not get anybody at the factory until Monday due to the way the holidays fell this year. While the factory went through it perhaps they looked ok. I have been quilting on it for 2 1/2 years almost non stop. Hopefully Amy will see this and reply.
