victoriasews Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 Does anyone else have trouble with the thread coming off the blue wheel in front of the thread guide on top of the machine? I have tried changing the path through the thread guide and wrapping the thread around the blue wheel more times, but it still comes off and wraps the itself around the metal post and gets stuck in the joint. It happens several times in one quilt. Also, I get much longer stitches when the IQ quilts longer stretches. The last quilt I did with fan blades using continuous curves, the stitching was almost a 1/4 inch on the long side of the blade and normal stitching across the top.
