jebm Posted January 28, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2009 All freehand except the circles for the wreaths--I used the Hartley Fence--I used blue washout marker for the spines, and a "cookie cutter" stencil for the designs in the center--feathers freehand--not perfect--but look okay in the photo!
