LauraSews
I really hadn't paid too much attention to the MQS talk, but now I'm thinking KC isn't too far away. On the website there are 9 classes listed as full. Is the list pretty accurate and updated frequently? I live in Houston and know how fast some of the Quilt Festival classes fill up--just wondered how this works. I would love to take a couple of beginner classes and check out the machines. Thanks! Mary Beth
Laura, Yes, the list is usually update often. If you know you are going, get your class reservations in, then once your get there, sometimes people decided not to take a class and they post it on a big board that the class is available. You can always check there. Usually the classes on Monday and Tuesday fill up pretty fast because they are hands on. Then the classes with the teacher that everyone wants to "be like" is the next to fill up. It is a great show, lots of wonderful teachers and the shopping...all for the longarmer!! (and the short and mid arms ).
LauraSews
Thanks Mary Beth. I'm going to keep an eye on "my" classes and hopefully send some money off in a week or so. Laura
