Lib
I have the same problem again with my front stitch regulator. I thought that I had fixed it. It will always work from the back but not the front. (The slow will work from the front or back). I have found, however, that if I lift my handles up high it will move. Is this telling me I have a loose wire? I have never, by the way, been able to get the mushroom cap off. Lib
quiltmonkey
Lib, I'll bet you do have something loose in under that cap. I would call the APQS help in Iowa and they can guide you over the phone on how to troubleshoot. Do you have a speaker phone or wireless headset? That way you can talk/listen and keep your hands free while troubleshooting. You can fix this really. You can.
Lib
Hi Shana. I do have a speaker phone so I will give Iowa a call in the next couple of days. Mind you, the problem did accomplish something because I pulled my machine apart and cleaned it while I was trying to find loose wires!!
