The 3rd step says "index to next row, the pattern height X SF." My question is, if there is not a number in scale factor block, does that meet, you just index the pattern height? APQS Posted March 16, 2006 Report Share Posted March 16, 2006 Hi Annkathryn You don't have to worry about any special calculations the computer will do it for you just use the index button on the screen. The normal row index might be 3" but if you stretched the height of the pattern by 1.5 then the computer would calculate an index of 4.5. I think we can just ignore those scale factor instructions on the notes page now since Stan has upgraded the software.
