PIN THE HELL out of it! Like, every 6 inches ALL OVER! Yes, you need to remove them before you stitch in that area, but it WILL help! 2. If your wanting to put rays in somewhere, and the points are not straight, put in wavy lines instead, so it will hide that the points dont line up! GO FOR IT! And, pin....pin....pin! I just finished a Judy Niehmeyer quilt and I pinned they hell out of it and that helped a lot. I, too, learned this from Myrna. AND POST THE PIC WHEN YOU ARE DONE!!!!
