aikenquiltshoppe Posted October 25, 2009 Report Share Posted October 25, 2009 Frogteacher, I have the same problem that just started yesterday out of the blue when I was working on a quilt. The "up needle/down needle" won't work. When I press the white button once, the needle just keeps going up and down, until I press it again - then it stops in the up position. I called my APQS rep who suggested I adjust the needle speed - but that did not help. I am planning on calling APQS tech support tomorrow (monday) morning. marquetta Posted October 25, 2009 Report Share Posted October 25, 2009 I've had my Lenni for a week (love it!), but on Friday when I hit the white button, the needle kept going up and down until I hit the button again. Called about it, and they are sending me a new circuit board. I must say, I'm very impressed with the customer service! Now, I just have to get used to having so much more quilting space.
