barbm
My thanks to Linda Rech for a lovely day spent "shop-hopping" in the Olympia, WA area on Monday!!:P:P My DH had meetings there, and I had been to Bayside I & II before, so knew I could get there, but it's soooo much more fun with another quilter along to "enable" each other.... Linda took me to Tumwater and Yelm (yummy) and I supported the economy greatly. But I had permission: before I headed out to a youth summer camp the week before, he tucked a post-it note into my sleeping bag (see attached photo). Too bad he didn't included an expiration date, or even specify what trip this involved! I do believe I'll keep him!
witha'K'quilting
How sweet! Nope, I don't see an expiration date either! You should take more trips I think to keep on using this gesture.
ffq-lar
We had a great time! Any day that includes four fabric shops and a yummy lunch is a great day! (And don't forget the cherries we bought at the road-side stand!) Barb--your DH is the best!!
