Tracy G
I am having a senior moment! Am I right in saying that the bobbins in APQS machines are the "L" type? Tracy G
belquilt
That would be correct. Don't feel bad, we all have moments like this!!
smorris
Hi Tracey yes they are. If you are thinking of buying some more, i'd suggest you buy your bobbin cases and bobbins straight from Linzi if she has them in stock since its very important to have the exactly the right ones or you may have problems with tension. sue in australia
Tracy G
Thanks everyone. The reason for asking is my DH (who just happens to be an engineer) is going to make me a bobbin winder as the one supplied with my Lenni is a better ornament than a bobbin winder:D Tracy G
Quilting Heidi
Tracy you got it. The way I always remember it is L = low & m = more. Since we don't have the large bobbins I go Low! LOL just the way my brain works I guess.
meg_marsh
To help remember - I heard someone say .............. L is for love, we love our APQS so we use love bobbins - or at least something like that and it made it very easy for me to remember what size bobbin.
