yankiequilter
I was reading the newest issue of Machine Quilting Unlimited and om page 17 stopped at the ad for 2010 events. At the top is the Round Bobbin Quilting and Sewing Expo and then my heart started beating rapidly because it is going to be in Springfield, MO April 8 - 10, 2010. WHOOPEE!!!! An event is being held just 75 miles from where I live. OK, so I should probably calm down a bit until I know what this event is like because I've never been to one. But it is an event, still in the planning stages based on what I could find on the internet. The only two teachers' names that I recognize are Irena Bluhm and Linda McGehee but it appears the organizers are looking for more teachers. OK, I also recognize Merrily Parker (owns a quilt shop in Springfield and is a Gammil dealer) and Kathy Kansier (did a quilt appraisal for me and I believe she is teaching at Rd. to CA). Has anyone been to a Round Bobbin Expo?
