donnavans
I completed a quilt this morning using the laser light. This afternoon a friend's niece (8 yrs old) came over and quilted a little quilt. Now my laser is not working. The little girl did quilt very fast. Could something have come loose on the laser light? Any suggestions? PS. You should have seen her quilt. She is so cute.
Katydids
Did you check to make sure the cable is plugged in tightly. I have had mine come loose.
LadyLake
The connections may have loosened; sometimes just jiggling and tightening and laser light parts works.
donnavans
Just trying some things a minute ago to trouble shoot: The power source has the green light on. When I turn off the room lights, the laser light puts out a faint red light that is barely visible.
Mary Beth
make sure the tip of the laser light is pushed on as far as it will go. Mine has worked it's way off before.
donnavans
The tip is pushed in as far as it will go. I will go work on piecing a quilt until Monday. Thanks for your input.
smorris
Hi Have you tried moving the laser to the top position to see if the strength of the light is any better up there. If it is, push all the connections into the laser and the socket on the machine at the bottom and try again. good luck
