The Hartly Base Expander is for the Machines that have the Thread Cutter ie. Millennium, Freedom w TC and ULT I w TC. Sorry for any confusion. In addition to the Hartley Fence. With Myrna’s book and DVD the retail value is $1310. She is asking 1/2 price plus shipping at this time. Everything is in like new condition.
