What is the CL Basic

Recommended Posts

Donna -- Go to the CL site and you can see just what is part of the basic unit. Yes, the CL is soooo easy to use. Any questions just call or write to Michael or Kay and they have all the answers for you. You can't go wrong with this tool. Sure made my life easier. I am downsizing because I'm sort of retiring but my CL is staying with me. (every piece of it.):D

Donna,

You will love to use the CL basic and you will then want to expand and get more of the templates. The designs are endless. I bought mine originally just to use for myself. I have since gone into business and it comes in very handy.

Yes, you can us it with little training. And if you do have questions there are plenty of us that have one that can help. As Carol stated, Michael and Kaye are always available to help and answer questions.

Beth, yes! Without a doubt a newbie can use the Circle Lord. My sister came for a visit a few months ago and brought two quilt tops with her that she quilted. She had never used a longarm or a Circle Lord, and she caught on in a flash. There is a lot of information and pictures on the Circle Lord web site. Here's the link to the home page:

This page has links to more description and pictures:

http://circlelordindex.blogspot.com/

And for more detail about the basic CL

I've had my longarm just over a year and using the Circle Lord and templates has quickly raised the quality of my quilting to the point where the ladies at my guild are asking if/when I'll be quilting for others. The Circle Lord makes me look good!

Michael and Kay give wonderful support and service, and there are a lot of CL users (aka junkies :P ) that can help answer questions here on the forum.
