This one is only a few hours drive away so really couldn't come up with any reasons not to attend...(didn't try too hard to find excuses). Taking three days of classes!! It doesn't look like you live too far away, but maybe you could take in a class or 2, or at least go to the show and look at all the quilts and see the new stuff all the vendors have. I am staying at my daughter's house because she lives in Germantown and connecting up with Calicoquilter, who only lives a couple miles from my daughter. It's only a 4 1/2 hour drive from my house so it wasn't hard to convince my DH that I need to go! It would be fun to meet up with anyone else who is going. I would love to take some classes, but don't know if I can justify the entire cost of the trip for my "hobby"! But it is relatively close - 3-4 hours drive maybe?
