Customer service counts for a lot now a days, and yours is second to none. Thanks especially to Linzi and Misty who have worked tirelessly with me and Duncan to resolve the issues with my Lenni. I've had my first APQS for going on 7 years and it still runs exceptionally well, very few hiccups. Expect you'll find this with your new Lenni as well.
