I just knew that no matter what it took you would get me back up and running.

Customer service counts for a lot now a days, and yours is second to none.

Thanks especially to Linzi and Misty who have worked tirelessly with me and Duncan to resolve the issues with my Lenni.

Great team, great product (despite my hiccup)

I'm a BIG APQS fan as well. Their customer service is truly outstanding. I've had my first APQS for going on 7 years and it still runs exceptionally well, very few hiccups. Expect you'll find this with your new Lenni as well. Enjoy :D
