The Crafty Unicorn
I just finished this quilt for a customer. I'm really pleased how it turned out. It is a wedding gift for her daughter. She wanted the quilt to have movement... I think we got that...

ramona-quilter
Leslie, Great job. The feathers look superb. I love how you put those circles/arcs in there. Very original. Did you use the Hartley Fence for those arcs?

The Crafty Unicorn
Thanks everybody for the kind words. The customer was thrilled and even her husband noticed! Linda, I did the circles in the big fans with the Hartley fence, but couldn't always make the small arcs match, so I used a set of circle templates...actually the plastic lids from a set of tupperware bowls (ya do what ya gotta do ) Leslie
ramona-quilter
Now, I really am impressed. Nothing kept you from doing what you needed to do. The Tupperware lid didn't burp when you removed it from the quilt, did it? The snake is a beauty. Thanks for sharing the photo and the tools you used. chickenscratch
Leslie, It's beautiful. Great job with the tupperware lids. The lids from coffee cans, ice cream buckets, and yogurt containers also work (don't ask how I know)

PattyJo
I love the quilting and the colors that she chose. I glad to see there are others out there that improvise when you gotta have something right now. I think that this should be a recommendation to the Tupperware dealers of america!!!
