I´m still enjoying my vacation in Turkey ( till tuesday) , knowing that the awards at the MMQS in Milwaukee are announced. Getting no message means that I haven´t won anything....... ok, that happens! BUT......yesterday evening I´ve gotten a message from a friend in Germany ( Andrea is a perfect handquilter) with congratulations. I answered her....why for???? I really didn´t know anything!!! And she gave me a link with the winner list! So I found out -Cordoba has won 2nd place and judges choice! These unexpected news made my vacation perfect! Have a grest sunday..... After this rather long wait without any information, having to rely on a veeeerry slowwww Internet connection while on vacation I suddenly were surprised by this great news - Shooting Stars and Licorice&Lace both won 2nd in their respective categories! Let us know if you won an award... as my daughter was sick the whole time we were there, I was only able to walk the show for about an hour on Saturday morning and I'm sure I missed a BUNCH of APQS owner ribbons!
