ffq-lar
I'm with Hester! No baby would sit on or spit up upon that beauty!! I was first absolutely taken by your fabulous quilting on this top! Your feathers are perfect and the pearls around the wreaths made such a formal and graceful statement. *sigh*--I love it..... After I was able to tear my eyes away from the quilting (drool) I am now in love with that pattern. It looks so intricate, but is just nine patches and snowball blocks. The intricacy comes from the piecing in the border that extends the blue and frames everything. Bravo to the pattern designer and a big ol' "Fantastic" to you, Jess! LadyLake
All I can say, Jess, is wow! You are incredible. I think the quilting is a good example of doing custom quilting without overdo-ing it. Well -- you overdid the fantasticness of it, but the density is amazingly light for such a nice looking job. Butterfly
Thank you, everyone, for all your comments. You're so encouraging. It's funny...I was feeling kinda like those feathers need a lot of work. It's a type of feather I have just started using. You all give me lots and lots of confindence. You're great! I still don't know the name of the book. I haven't forgotten and will tell you the title when I find out. Jess
