sewingupastorm
I just love mine but have only used it a few times so far. I think the trick is to decide where the center of your circle needs to be and then take your time to get the placement exaclty in that spot. I have used mine on three different quilts making feathered wreaths. I draw the circle and then disable the circle maker with the needle down and come back the front of the machine and do the feathers freehand. They got better with each quilt. There are a million other things you can do with a circle maker.
Stagecl
I sold mine with my gammill...but, if I remember right, use the piece that is rectangular with the holes and the zig-zag line...after finding the center of the block...tighten the rectangular piece on the workstation and place the stylus in the hole that gives you the right size circle. Make sure the piece that is rotating around is not locked in place, but the station is locked in place. Does that make sense? Hope that helps.
