Dave-Jane
Not sure about Ft Collins - but if he decides to drive into the mountains, there is a couple shops in Estes Park - one that is called something like "Mountain Lady Quilt Shop". Very nice selection. Jane
Sams Mom
Fort Collins has the Fig Leaf. Its on the Main Drag, College Ave, I think, associated with a furniture store. There is also a must see in Windsor, East of FC about 10 miles, The Little Wool Shop (old town on right) and Quilter's Garden farther west, north of Sonic in professional style bldgs. Then South about 12 miles, Sweetheart Quilt Shop in Loveland.
Sams Mom
One stop shop hop on the 15th and 16th at the Ranch in Loveland, just a little south on I-25. Rumor has it, there are four batiks specifically designed for the group that will be worked up by each shop. You should definitely come with!
