Sharond Posted April 18, 2011 Report Share Posted April 18, 2011 A big Thank You to Dawn for helping me and my DH out today. I had ordered the template hopping foot and was switching it out today. We got stuck a few times, so I called Dawn. She is AWESOME! She spent a lot of time on the phone with us on a couple of different calls. She walked us through each step what we were struggling with. My DH and I had to re-time the machine, which I am proud to say we accomplished, with Dawn's help. We would probably still be down stairs working on my machine if it wasn't for Dawn's help. Tell Al it's just as well he was helping you with your machine and missed his Lakers playing...my hubby tells me they lost:)! Glad you're up and running again with a new foot to boot!
