'Tis my motto to live by, as I just pulled my auction quilt from the frame tonight and I must leave for MQS tomorrow (and no, I'm not packed or ready yet:)). Good thing the quilt isn't due until Wednesday. That will give me a fighting chance to get it bound. I think I will include four free thumb tacks with the quilt, so that the winning bidder can tack the corners to her drywall--the corners are waving like mad! After I entered a quilt with APQS owner Jim Langland in MQS last year in the "thread painting" category like this, it was disqualified (along with about 40 others) as not being thread painting.
