Heidi this is just WOW, WOW, WOW and that cable border is a stencil?? What's is called and where did you get it???..you always have the BEST STUFF!:P

Wonderful Heidi....I have a very similar cable stencil...first stencil, I ever bought about 10 years ago...I've never used yet....may have to find the perfect border or sashing to use it now that you have inspired me!

Heidi,

You are amazing!! I don't know how you come up with your designs. DeLoa's feathers are really pretty. I tend to make mine bigger so I'm going to try them smaller next time and maybe mine will look better. I love how you did the design for the setting triangles. This is in my favorites, too!

Nan no that was a stencil. It was really easy to stitch! I did use the Quiltazoid for the cross hatching in the big border.

Beautiful and Wonderful!! This is the Pansy Park pattern from way back... if I ever finish ripping mine out - I will look back at this for quilting ideas - Heidi you really did a great job on this critter! Oh heck - maybe I will just send you mine...... wanna do it again?? ;)

Heidi. fabulous. your quilting is spectacular. Feathers are perfect. Your choices for the border add interest and make the borders the best they could have been.

this should be a new quilt category in the quilt show...Borders, and borders and more Borders!
