birgitquilts
Shana - Sarah and I are good friends. We have met at the Rhineland Pfalz Quilt Guild on Ramstein AFB over a year ago and Sarah has been one of our vice presidents responsible for organizing lots of fun programs, challenges and projects. When she told me that she wanted to get hersalef a longarm machine, I set her up with Claudia... The quilting world is a very small world, isn't it? And I can't wait to meet you again some time... Take care, Birgit

birgitquilts
Shana - Ramstein itself is small village right next to Kaiserslautern. There are a couple of US bases located all around Kaiserslautern. So, basically when speaking of "Kaiserslautern" in a US military context, you cover it all. I myself live near Saarbrücken which is about 45 minutes to the west. Do you have any quilt-related travel plans for next year already? We need to kep each other posted, ok? Hugs, Birgit
