Completely vertical is not good either. I know this is a problem unique to me and that the handlebars are made well. I just need a different angle in order to keep on keepin on. I choose the Liberty because of the handle configuration and it has worked out well for me. I did have some problems awhile back but the table was not level. It is now and I am moving smoothly.
