bobbi Posted July 2, 2011 Report Share Posted July 2, 2011 So, I was driving thru this quiet little neighborhood on my way to the investment house we're working on, and there was this boy sitting behind his homemade table with probably 50 seashells on it. He looked to be about 12 years old, sweet, with glasses and very fair... In that really hot sun! I pulled my car over to see what he was selling, and asked to see his "best/favorite" shell... He reluctantly got up and showed me his fav. I asked "how much?" "$.75" was the response. "Where did you collect them?"... "Myrtle Beach, SC." "I'll take it!" Might have been his only sale yesterday, but even though I'd rather have a lemonade in that hot weather, I instead, have a great shell for my desk.
