How very blessed they were to have you perform the ceremony. I bet there aren't too many young men that can say they were married by their mother. Congratulations to the entire family. IBQLTN2 Posted July 26, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 I have to say my son made us all very proud just being with him downtown to hear everyone who saw him stopped him and thanked him for his service and congratulated them both. Even where we went in to eat people came up to him and wanted to say thank you! It made all of us very proud of him and his service to our country. He is an Army Special Forces Sargeant and has been to both Iraq and Afganistan on deployment, is currently stateside and is an instructer for the special forces training courses. It was a very nice wedding as it was very small and intimate, no hassles, just family and a few of the btrides friends. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
