Mrs.A Posted August 18, 2011 Report Share Posted August 18, 2011 Haven't tried the needles from Superior but in my George I have successfully used Schmetz industrial needles in from size 16/100 down to 75/11. Just like in your DSM, you adapt the needle size according to the size of the thread you're using. Disclaimer: The official position of APQS is that you can change your needle to one size larger or smaller (most George machines are timed at the factory for a size 18 needle) but bigger changes may require re-timing the machine.
