Whole family got ribbons at the Ky State Fair!

Recommended Posts

It has been super exciting around here. The whole family got ribbons at the Ky State Fair!

My triplets won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the junior quilt division. My daughter also won Best of Show, machine quilting junior division.

My daughter had entered a quilt block too and that got a blue ribbon as well.

I got a blue ribbon and a red ribbon in the professional division.

We are just a little excited.

Here's my daughter's first place and best of show winner in the big ol' wooden case. Let me tell you, it is an absolute honor to get your quilt put in the wooden case!

And here's my RocketMan hard at work on his entry.<table style="width:auto;"><tr><td><a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/TTUu7WcZh42bOPIA8gLHPH5-nidaRsan0gn4U5OqRoU?feat=embedwebsite"><img src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-8_G0RCLO2fg/TU2uXRv3P1I/AAAAAAAAEz0/TMJRr-tpG4M/s400/Rocketman-on-machine2.jpg" height="296" width="400" /></a></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/myquiltinghabit/QuiltedJoy03?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCLaqvfPt7IDJCA&feat=embedwebsite">Quilted Joy</a></td></tr></table>

I can't seem to find a photo of my girl working on her quilt. Hmmmm... I'll have to dig a little more, I guess.
