MarieBrewer Posted September 16, 2011 Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 My IQ is down and I'm wanting life back to normal, you know, quilt-quilt-quilt. It froze up so I manually turned it off. When I turned it back on it went through GRUB loading then to Booting Intelliquilter then a blank screen (still lit tho). Unplugged everything and started again. Same problem. Took out battery. Called Zoltan, he sent a new circuit board-same problem. Called him again and he said to replace the coin battery. When I tried to pop it out with my fingernail (per instructions) the little plastic casing came w/it. Called him back and he is sending a new tablet. Didn't come today, don't know when it will.
