djohns
I am LA quilting a quilt that has a black backing and light top. THe customer wants tan thread on top, so I thought I would use black in the bobbin. Some of the fabric on top is light and you can see the black thread coming through through the holes. Help I don't know what do do??
barbm
One trick I've learned with this kind of combo is to balance the tension so that, if there are ANY pokies, they are on the dark back. Then (with customer's permission?) use a permanent fabric marker to "dot" those pokies. Better than having the black show through on the light top.
