LindaB
I've been working on a gift for a niece, this quilt and it's more than gorgeous fabrics just "forced me to buy a bolt of each fabric" ..... :-) It's right off the machine ready for binding today. I used Superior's Rainbow "Red/Black" and did a nice ribbon meander all over excluding the beauty blocks. I didn't want the quilting to compete with the fabric at all. The quilt pattern itself was from www.michaelmillerfabrics.com/free patterns. You could use any large scale floral .... it was a lot of fun to make, I had not made a scalloped border before, sure liked it's effect. ENJOY!!!
