Guess who is retiring????

Recommended Posts

If you guessed me, you are right! :)

I was 62 in November, and planned to work at least 3 more years. But, my daughter needs to go back to work in January, so I agreed to babysit my 3 grandchildren, ages 5 years, 3 years and 9 months. Yes, I know what I'm getting into, and I'm really excited to do this. :P

So, I have 14 work days left!!!

Congratulations!! Although it doesn't sound like you're retiring, you're starting another career. ;)

Congrats! That's awesome!

Just remember, re-tired just means "tired again"!!! I seem to be literally "running" these days! I "retired" from my day job in 2007, and am incredibly busy! I don't know how I ever had time for a "job"...

Enjoy those grandbabies!!!

Congratulations Sandra! How wonderful- your grandkids are very lucky! Somehow I got busier after I retired but at least now I (almost) control my schedule. I'm with Bobbi- don't know how I had time to work- LOL.

Congrats Sandra.... You will not get much quilting done during the day, but nap time is great. You won't look back at this at all. It was on of my best years to watch the three baby girls.
