howellkerrie
It runs like it has a bad spark plug and if its on, and sitting idle it will stitch one out of the blue and it will do it if I move it to. if I turn on the stitch regulator and not hit the go button it will want to stitch, it kind of stutter. what do you think? Wannabelongarm
I'm certainly not the expert here, but make sure all the connections are plugged in, nothing has gotten switched (check the owner's manual for set-up instructions), Unplug the machine for a minute and plug back in (my trick for unruly computers) to see if anything clears on the circuit boards. Sorry, that is the limit of my experience. Something is just not connected right. Hope you can find it soon. howellkerrie
I'm checking the manual now, I think I'll call in the morning thank you
DawnCavanaugh
Try checking the Motor Brushes (there is an appendix in the manual to walk you through that). If it does the same thing in manual mode, then the brushes could be to blame. Give us a call tomorrow and we can help you figure it out!

quietlifeaz
I have the issue with "run on" or "random" stitches when in Stitch Regulator Mode with my Millie on Bliss. I am told by APQS it is because it is so sensitive it picks up an vibration around it and causes it to stitch. I am told to use the command blue button to turn off the machine motor but keep SR running for ruler repositioning or pausing during quilting to look at stitches.
