Prayer opportunity

Recommended Posts

A week ago my hubby's brother had a minor fender bender because of a brain hemorrhage. He had surgery and is now on the way to recovery. We will see how far. Must be the season for gifts of timing. Please pray for Gerald.

Before he had the surgery to remove the accumulation of blood he was not able to move his right side or speak. After the surgery I saw his right arm and leg both move. He is able to respond to yes and no questions.

They finally came up with what he had, called it a hemorrhagic stroke, caused by the bleeding vessel not a traveling clot.

Tonight hubby stopped to see him and learned that he hasn't been getting enough oxygen when he has been sleeping. It is going to be a long time and a lot of work for him to get back to what we hope he can do.

He, also, is one of the partners in the business with us and another brother. Our son and daughter-in-law have been able to step in to do a lot of the production work for the business that Gerald was doing. We are still trying to see what long term things need to be arranged and how.
