Oma Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 Finally finished quilt for 19 year old grandson going into the military. He is an avid hunter so I knew he had to have "camo" fabric. I think he'll like it. It's HUGE! Did an all over leaf design for quilting. Used two battings...one was wool and the other was a Hobbs. It's VERY thick and warm. He lives in the NW so this is a good thing. He'll probably take it on his hunting trips...oh no. LOL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Oma Posted February 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 To tell you the truth...there is NO camo fabric in it. LOL. It's all "leaf" or "trees" patterns and they look that way. I'll see if I can post a couple of close ups. The pics were hard because his mother sent them to me and almost all of them had been taken with a older cell phone so they didn't enlarge well at all and were sometimes marginal at best, but he won't care.
