MastiffMomQlt
I was getting ready to load a client's quilt & got my machine all ready to rock & I put a drop of oil on the hook & started her up. The motor was running unevenly & almost hesitating. I turned the speed way down & it was the same. So I get my Beloved to come down & have a look & it was doing it again & I turned the speed all the way down to zero & it stopped. But it won't take a stitch, no movement whatsoever. Of COURSE this happens on the weekend while I can't call for help, so I'm hoping someone here can help. I've looked through all the help topics & haven't found anything. Anyone? Please! Thank you in advance
DawnCavanaugh
Caren, I sent you an email with some files that will help. It sounds like your motor brushes are going bad. Use the files to find them and check them, along with the optical sensor. If you find the brushes are worn, call us on Monday and we'll get some sent out:)
