Birdie
Has anyone had a problem with the stitch regulator stopping while you are quilting? I thought that I touched a button but I tried again and it did it again. I checked the wheels they are fine, checked the connections they are fine. Tried from the back handles and it does it there also. I have only had my millie for a few weeks, anyone have any suggestions:(
DawnCavanaugh
Birdie, We are sorry that your machine is misbehaving! Give us a call tomorrow and we can work together to find out what is going wrong. Do you know if you have installed the grounding wire to the carriage and the sewing head? The absence of that can sometimes cause the machine to shut off. In addition, if it is new from the factory, it may be possible that a tiny metal shaving somehow escaped our notice and it is bouncing around on the circuit board that controls the switches (in essence, shutting it off for you:) We'll figure it out!
