ffq-lar
Here's a tiny (37"square) cutey quilt. The dark is a green-y gray. It has half-inch curved crosshatching to fill the plain blocks. CC's and piano keys complete the picture. The small-scale quilting was needed to keep the proportions pleasing. It was a fun one--even though it looks "plain-Jane". Linda G. Craig
I love that quilt and what you did with it! I don't know what the criteria is for a "mini" quilt, as far as size goes, but they are just so fun and so cute! The pattern reminds me of the "Home of the Brave Project" quilts that are being done to honor the fallen heroes in Iraq and Afghanistan by making replicas of a Civil War U.S. Sanitary Commission quilt. Here's the link to the pattern: http://www.homeofthebravequilts.com/resources/QuiltInstructions.pdf Beautiful job, as always, Linda!
