THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I so appreciate the time you spent trying to figure out the issue. I am now hopeful that me and the new machine really will get along after all and she won't be pitched out the window!!! LOL. Thanks again Dawn. I have taken some of her classes and learned so much from her. I know how you feel about wanting to toss your machine out the window. When I got my first Millie, it is a wonder it did not end up on the curb. But we are doing fine now. I too kept Amy on the line for the better part of 2 hours. The APQS family are the greatest!
