wiggley
For the last few days my milli has gone crazy, My channel lock will lock down and the stitch regulator goes crazy with flashing lines all the way across I have been in contact with tech support and we have done all things from rubbing the machine down with dryer sheets, to take handle and cleaning oil, to scraping the paint to make a good ground to changing out the encoders and taking side plates off and re tapping to no avail. i can not even run in manual mode it lock down and the regulator starts beeping. Does anyone have any suggestions please.
shirleyl
Put a humidifier in your room. Will have to get mine running again. It is worth a try. I would say static also and that is the only thing I have found that works. Shirley in Windy dry Wyoming. It is finally snowing.
whitepinesquilter
Static will do some real funky things to electronics, and if you don't have a humidifier going yet you should. You don't want to chance burning the electronics out. I've got mine set at 45% humidity, and I refill two 3 gallon tanks on ours every three days now with the furnace running. Beachside Quilter
Have you installed the grounding wire supplied with the new Bliss axles? I can email the instructions to you if you need them.
LadyLake
My 2010 Millie vertical channel lock usually locks in when I first turn the machine on. I assume it is an overactive circuit board. Sounds like yours is on 'overdrive'. Perhaps changing out the circuit board? Maybe there was a quality control problem with the circuit board manufacturer???
