Dry Erase marks out of fabric?

Some how my dry erase pen sliped off the clear plastic I was useing and made a small mark on the beige quilt. Any suggestions on how to remove it? I tried polish remover and rubbing Alcohol with no luck.

I used a Tide stick and it got most of it out!

I approached the customer and re sewed a new border to the quilt I did it on. Blue on white fabric would not come out.

This happened to me as well and fortunately, my customer was a jewel to work with. Her comment was "It's only a quilt" and told me not to worry about it. I did get most of it out but you could find it if you knew where to look. I used oxy clean and that worked the best for me.

Rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab may help. I would test it first on a spare piece of fabric.

Try the ink formula of Carbona Stain Devils. Available at most supermarkets/big box stores in the laundry section and at Joann's--but much more expensive there. I had good luck taking gel pen ink off vintage white fabric. You'll need to test first and my spot removal took many applications and working it into the fabric. I recently saw a dry erase marker eraser in a package of dry erase markers. Wonder if that would work.
